The Sacco plans to hold its 17th AGM on 10th April 2021. This year, election for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee's position will be conducted online so as to abide by the Ministry of Health (MOH) protocols to curb the spread of Covid-19. The Sacco has four Board of Directors and one Supervisory Committee positions to fill. It is in this regard that the Sacco invites interested candidates to apply for the vacant positions.

In light of the new Covid-19 safety protools, we have reviewed our business operating hours effective 29th March, 2021. Our weekday operating hours at BOSA and FOSA offices will be 8:00AM - 4:00PM and 8:30AM - 3:30PM respectively.

We encourage all our members to access our services through digital platforms to minimize physical contact so as to curb the spread of the virus.

Notice is hereby given that there will be a Hybrid Annual General Meeting of Airports Sacco Society Ltd. on Saturday, 10 April 2021 via electronic media (Zoom) starting at 10am. For full details download the notices below:



The Airports Sacco Ltd. has recruited two new staff as follows:

1. The Chief Executive Officer

harrison songeThe Board of Directors of Airports Sacco has appointed Mr. Harrison Song’e as the Chief Executive Officer (C.E.O). Mr. Song’e has over 15 years of experience in Sacco operations in different Saccos and over 12 years in senior management. He was the former Marketing and Business Development Manager at Jamii Sacco. He holds an MBA (Finance) from the University of Nairobi and BBM (Finance and Banking) from Moi University. Additionally, he is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), ICPAK, and a qualified certified public accountant (CPA).

2. Finance Manager

Agnes MunyiThe second appointment is that of Miss Agnes Munyi for the position of Finance Manager.  Miss Agnes has over 14 years of Sacco operations in different Saccos with 7 years’ experience in senior management. Previously, she was the Head of Operations at Bandari Sacco. She holds an MBA (Finance) from Jommo Kenyatta University of Technology (JKUA) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from KCA University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of ICPAK.

This is to inform you that after the B.O.D’s reconstitution meeting held on 16th April 2019, the following directors have now been elected as the Sacco’s executive members.

Airports Sacco Board of Directors started a the process of reviewing the Sacco  by-Laws. In this process, members were requested for their input for consideration during the reviewing process.  The Board of Directors of Airports Sacco  is happy to present to you the Reviewed By-Laws 2016. Once again, the Sacco movement in the country marked the Ushirika Environmental Day on 11th June, 2016. This year, the event was marked at the beautiful scenery of Karura Forest where the Sacco leadership in Nairobi assembled and planted trees. This, together with cooperatives sports and family day that will be held on 24-26th June 2016 are part of the events being marked proceeding the world Co-operative day to be celebrated on Saturday, 2nd July 2016.
